Procedure:

1. If applicable add the enzyme and the nulomine with the hot water.

2. Mix Citri-Fi with with all of the dry ingredients.

3. Add oil and other ingredients, mix for 30 seconds and scrape.

4. Mix for another 30 seconds.

5. Spread 580 grams in an 8 inch by 8 inch greased pan.

6. Bake at 360° F (182° C) for 37 to 42 minutes.
