We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager or Production Team Leader to run the operations in River Falls, Wisconsin production facility. Job Description

Direct, coordinate, and facilitate all operational activities in production, warehouse, and maintenance at the company’s production facility in River Falls, WI.

Lead, motivate, and run production equipment as needed to help accomplish company’s goals.
- Preparation plans to meet established criteria of operation.
- Provide a safe work environment and protect the assets of company.

Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and American Institute of Baking (AIB) standards are followed.

Continuous improvement of plant processes, capabilities, and profitability.

Train employees and maintain production records as needed for both quality and safety programs.

Work closely with QA manager to assure high quality products are produced and tracked.

Coordinate with sales, operations, and R&D on the generation and update of product and process specifications for current and new products.
Works With: Logistic Director, R&D Engineer, Sales and Marketing Director, Customers, External Auditors, Inspectors, Production Employees, and Controller.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years related experience in manufacturing and increasingly progressive responsibility in management.

Requires demonstrated history of continuous improvement and cost control.

Requires excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills and be able to communicate with management Team Members.

Requires analytical problem solving skills, time management skills, and leadership skills.

Exposure to and experience with GMP’s, AIB standards, understand HACCP programs, FDA guidelines, OSHA Standards and Safety Programs.

Possess operational knowledge of a manufacturing and distribution processes and equipment.

Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to help set up and maintain the quality programs in River Falls, Wisconsin and assure the company complies with all other regulatory affairs and customer requirements. Job Description
- Set-up quality programs that are compliant to 3rd party and customer auditing standards at the new production and packaging facility in River Falls, Florida.
- Take responsibility for completion and compliance of customer documentation, quality programs, and specifications.
- Develop relationships with management at all manufacturing facilities to drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Develop and improve quality assurance programs to ensure best practices are followed.
- Assist in designing department processes and procedures as they relate to food safety and quality.
- Assist in regulatory affairs to ensure compliance and/or approvals for the company’s products.
- Interface with and provide technical support to customers and employees, especially as it relates to food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance of the company’s products.
- Will be responsible for all food safety procedures, issues, scheduling, plant audits, HACCP, GMP’s, and 3rd party audits.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and R&D on the generation and update of product and process specifications for current and new products.
- Assures compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards to include HACCP, GMP, FDA, USDA, Organic, Kosher, and Halal.
- Actively contributes to the data collection, trend analysis, investigation and improvements to processes, products and systems.
- Deal with various degrees of quality defects and customer complaints to expeditiously resolve them and limit financial impact.
Works With: Logistic Director, R&D Engineer, Sales and Marketing Director, Customers, External Auditors, Inspectors, Production Employees, and Controller.
Preferred Qualifications

BS or MS in Food Science, microbiology, or similar technical field. Working knowledge of FDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP, food allergens, and pest control. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

Plant Engineer or Maintenance Engineer
Location
Clewiston, Florida

This position will report directly to the Plant Manager at the Clewiston, FL production facility to develop and maintain a fully functioning maintenance/ engineering system. Job Description
- Communicate effectively both written and verbal in all directions to multiple levels of experience.
- Coordinate all aspects of Maintenance / Engineering in each facility to support manufacturing and any other operational needs.
- Manage the operations of maintenance within the plants within agreed budgets while complying with corporate policies.
- Ensure that adequate maintenance / engineering are operating within all Federal, State, Local and Corporate safety guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure that all relevant legislation and codes are complied with including systems for mandatory inspections.
- Maintain and control the operations of the maintenance / engineering ensuring compliance to all standards and specifications while maintaining high standards workmanship.
- Ensure adequate maintenance personnel coverage for each facilities operations including satisfactory emergency call out arrangements.
- Assist in the design and layout of plant and buildings and in the assessment of suitability of new equipment.
- Work closely with plant manager and R&D/Process Engineer to select and manage equipment suppliers and vendors.
- Select, hire and manage engineering consultants and construction contractors.
- Occasional travel required for project meetings, supplier/consultant meetings, and inspections.

Education in a relevant engineering field. Preference given to engineering, reliability, and maintenance experience in the food industry.
