Job Description

• Develop meat and poultry related formulations and products with Citri-Fi® products.  
• Provide technical support for customers based on the hands on experience seen in the lab.  This will include collaborating with customer and sales people in the development of test formulas and customer test runs.
• Identify opportunities in meat and poultry products and work with customers and distributors where company can offer solutions.   
• Work closely with technical, commercial, and operational personnel to identify customer opportunities.
• Word closely with other R&D team members to understand, lead, and sort out the continuous advancements of technical knowledge.
• Communicate technical results both verbally and written to customers, sales people, and other team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelors degree in an appropriate scientific field and experience working with new meat related formulations and existing formulas from either cost or quality perspectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
