Procedure:
1. If applicable, blend Citri-fi 100FG with 25g of sugar, mixing 1 min. on 2nd gear.

2. Next, 100g of water is added and mixing occurs for 1 min. on 1st gear. Then scrape and mix 1 min. on 2nd gear.

3. Cream cheese is added to the mixture and blended for 2 min. on 2nd gear.

4. Eggs and remaining sugar are added and mixed in for 1 min. on 1st gear.

5. Heavy cream, vanilla, and lemon juice are added and mixed for 1 min. on 1st gear.

6. Last, rest of water is added and mixed for 1 min. on 1st gear. Then bowl is scraped and filling is mixed for 1 min. on 1st. gear.
