CITRI-FI® IN FRUIT FILLINGS
With improved moistness retention over time
Citri-Fi®: can be added at .025% - 1% along with additional water to a formula to bind water and prevent the filling from drying out over time.
Citri-Fi®: binds the water while maintaining an equivalent overall viscosity.
Water: To attain uniform consistency water is added at 4-7 times the weight of Citri-Fi®.
