Meat With comparable or improved eating qualities

Citri-Fi® can be simply added at 0.5 - 1% along with additional water to a formula to bind water and oil and reduce water or oil separation.
Water: Water is added at 4-7 times to Citri-Fi weight to attain uniform consistency.

Oil and Water Experiment in 60/40 Ground Beef
Description
Free Oil
200g of ground meat was taken and mixed with 0.5% and 1% starches and compared to Citri-Fi 200. It was fried for 15 minutes in a skillet then drained with a strainer for 10 minutes and the free oil was measured.
