Procedure
|
1. Using Cherry Danish Filling, mix in water and citrus fiber if applicable with a wire whisk for 1 min. 2. Roll out puff pastry to 1/16" and cut 3" x 2" rectangles. 3. Place the rectangles with the 2" side up and brush water 1/4" down from the top. 4. Deposit filling horizontally. 5. Roll the pastry from the top down, securing the ends. 6. Brush water on the outside of the roll and sprinkle with sugar. 7. Bake at 375° for 12 min. |
