Procedure:
1. Shear skim milk and cream in blender for 20 seconds.
2. Add dry solids to blender and shear for 30 seconds.
3. Heat to reach a temperature of 160¡F.
4. Shear yogurt for 30 seconds and add to cooled base mix.
5. Pour completed mix into ice cream freezer and run for 50 minutes.
