Citri-Fi® Citrus Fiber Provides High Water Holding in Foods

Citri-Fi citrus fiber contains high surface area. As a result, this natural fiber holds a lot of water which sets itself apart from other dietary fibers on the market. Moreover, this improves texture and quality of various food products. And at low usage levels (0.1% to 1.0%), Citri-Fi improves foods such as bakery products, bars, processed meats, sauces, dressings, meat substitutes and dairy alternatives.
