Citri-Fi® Citrus Fiber Provides High Water Holding in Foods

Citri-Fi citrus fiber contains high surface area. As a result, this natural fiber holds a lot of water which sets itself apart from other dietary fibers on the market. Moreover, this improves texture and quality of various food products. And at low usage levels (0.1% to 1.0%), Citri-Fi improves foods such as bakery products, bars, processed meats, sauces, dressings, meat substitutes and dairy alternatives. Also, the high water holding in foods also prevents separation and reduces syneresis in products like dairy.
